The customer's challenge
SafeLines' previous e-commerce solution was technically complicated and difficult to maintain and manage. Many processes required manual handling, which led to inefficiency. The old solution also lacked important features such as order history and automated workflows, making it difficult to follow up on orders and effectively manage the website.
About SafeLine
SafeLine, founded in 1995 and based in Tyresö, Stockholm, is Europe's leading manufacturer of electronic elevator safety products. With over 25 years of experience and nearly 100 employees, the company is represented in over 25 countries. SafeLine focuses on high-quality, easy-to-install products for the elevator industry and guarantees long-term safety in elevators across Europe.
Our solution
To meet SafeLine's needs, Toxic created a new, automated, and user-friendly website built in Litium. This solution simplifies the management of products, customers, and discounts through Litium's PIM system, making workflows clearer and administration more efficient. Toxic also updated "My Pages" to streamline registration and purchasing processes. Automated flows have replaced the previous manual processes, and the cash flow has been optimized to easily handle companies with multiple addresses. The result is a faster, more seamless shopping experience and more efficient administration.
The value for the customer
The new solution from Toxic has not only made the website more accessible for all users but also more sustainable and efficient. By using external platforms like Vimeo for media, the load on the system is reduced, making the website sustainable in the long term. Automated processes have streamlined SafeLine's operations, from product and customer management to order flows. This has reduced the risk of errors and led to more efficient management of customer data, which in turn has increased productivity, improved customer satisfaction, and created a platform ready to support SafeLine's international market presence.
In short, we at Toxic have helped SafeLine achieve:
- Increased accessibility for all users.
- A sustainable and efficient website built in Litium.
- Automated processes for product and customer management as well as order flows.
- Reduced risk of errors and improved management of customer data.
- Increased productivity and improved customer satisfaction.
- A platform ready to support SafeLine's international market presence.
