Simplify B2B trade with Shopspray

With Shopspray, you get a smooth PunchOut solution that allows your business customers to shop directly through their purchasing system, but with the same experience as in your online store. Easier for them, less hassle for you.

Image of a person offering their e-commerce as PunchOut

Why Shopspray?

In short: You make it easier for your customers to shop without complicating your own solution.

Shopspray is not an e-commerce platform on its own - it’s a functionality that we at Toxic integrate into your existing or new e-commerce projects. This way, all the business logic you’ve already built - such as ordering flows, customer rules, CRM integrations, PIM, and backend integrations - is also applied to PunchOut orders.

With Shopspray, you can offer your e-commerce as PunchOut - a technology that connects your store with the customer’s procurement system. Buyers access their assortment directly from their system, see their own pricing, and create a shopping cart that is then sent back for approval.

Everything happens automatically. Customers see the correct content without logging in manually, and you save time on order management and avoid errors.

In the meeting, we will go through your goals, current situation, and how we can assist you further with Shopspray.

PunchOut integration with purchasing system

What is PunchOut and how does it work?

PunchOut allows the customer to shop from your online store, but without leaving their purchasing system. Shopspray acts as the function that makes your e-commerce compatible with PunchOut and ensures that the right content and logic are displayed. Here's how it looks in practice:

  1. The buyer logs into their purchasing system
  2. Proceeds to your online store via PunchOut
  3. Thanks to Shopspray, the customer is logged in automatically and sees the right products and prices
  4. Assembles a shopping cart
  5. The shopping cart is sent back to the purchasing system
  6. The order is processed there according to the customer's usual flow

All logic and business rules remain in your e-commerce platform. Shopspray is the add-on that connects the systems and makes PunchOut possible.

      Frequently asked questions about Shopspray

PunchOut is a technology that connects your online store with the customer's purchasing system. The buyer does not leave their workflow, but can still shop directly in your store with the right prices and information.

Shopspray works with most purchasing and business systems on the market – for example, Visma Proceedo, SAP Ariba, Oracle, and Business Central.

Not necessarily. If you are using Litium or Optimizely, there are ready-made connectors from Shopspray, which makes it easy to get started without major customizations. If you are using another platform, it may require more technical work, but in many cases, it can be solved with the help of APIs and the right integration.

No, Shopspray has a clear licensing model. However, the complexity of the integration can affect the startup cost somewhat – especially if you have specific requirements or unusual systems.

Yes. Shopspray is built to handle multiple parallel integrations, which allows for different PunchOut connections to different customers and systems, without the need to rebuild your store.

No. All product information is retrieved directly from your e-commerce solution, as long as it is updated there. No extra catalogs, export scripts, or intermediaries are needed.

All customer, product, and order data remains in your e-commerce solution. Shopspray only manages the connection, so no information is stored or duplicated outside your system.
