Together, we have created a modern website built in Umbraco, focusing on user-friendliness, attractive packaging of property information, and continuous improvements. About the assignment
In addition to the website being easy to navigate, user-friendly, and appealing, it was important that the property information be packaged in a clear and simple way. The property information is integrated via an API connection between the business system Vitec Express and Umbraco. The website features various types of scripts that track traffic along with an implementation of artificial intelligence that selects properties based on each visitor's behavior. Additionally, there is an integration with Jobylon's push API to list available positions throughout Sweden where applications are pushed directly into the recruitment tool.
The company mediates approximately 25,000 properties per year, with each property having a lifespan of 1–3 weeks. Therefore, it was important to optimize the website based on the premise that there will continuously be many pages added, updated, and removed. Part of the assignment for Toxic was also to analyze how customers find their way to the website and, based on the results, add follow-ups and calls to action to track the customer journey for further processing via the customer system.
