Customer's challenge

Ravema faced the challenge of establishing its own e-commerce platform. Previously, they relied on their largest supplier's own webshop, which limited their ability to control the customer journey and offer their complete product range along with products from several other suppliers. The goal was to create a platform where they could gather their over 130,000 product variants and manage orders and customer data in a smooth and efficient manner. At the same time, Ravema wanted a solution integrated with their business system, IFS, to reduce manual order processing and ensure that customer information was always up to date.

Our solution

We at Toxic developed a comprehensive e-commerce platform for Ravema, based on Litium's technology and with full integration with the business system IFS. With Litium's CMS, PIM, and e-commerce platform, Ravema received a solution that can manage its large assortment and offer customers smooth and personalized shopping experiences. Some of the key features include:

  • Integrated quick search to easily find products.

  • Real-time price and customer data through synchronization with their business system IFS.

  • Customized user rights for different roles within the customer company.

Heto 300X300

We are very satisfied with Toxic. We had limited knowledge of e-commerce and needed a reliable supplier. Although it took some time to establish a good workflow due to changes in project management, we now have a stable collaboration with Toxic and access to knowledgeable developers who support us as needed.

- Henrik Törnquist, Head of Digitalization at Ravema

The result

The new platform, developed by Toxic, gives Ravema improved control over the customer journey and reduces the need for manual processes. Previously, about 60% of their tool sales went through the supplier's webshop solution. With the new Litium platform, Ravema aims to handle nearly 100% of its orders through its own e-commerce solution, increasing the share of webshop orders and reducing manual order management. Additionally, the platform is customized by Toxic to seamlessly connect to customers' systems, making it easy to manage orders directly from Ravema's customers. At the same time, improved search and navigation features make it smooth for customers to quickly find the right products.
