Miller Badrum
We proudly present our comprehensive solution for Miller Badrum's new digital platform. With Litium CMS, PIM, and Commerce, we at Toxic have created a mobile-friendly and dynamic e-commerce solution that makes it easy for customers to configure bathroom furniture and explore a wide range of products. The new platform streamlines Miller Badrum's product and content management while enhancing the brand's presence and creating an inspiring experience for both Nordic and British customers.
Challenges and goals
Miller Badrum had an outdated, non-responsive website and lacked a modern PIM for product and content management. This limited their ability to work with dynamic fields and product categories, which hindered both the user experience and brand presentation.
To address these challenges, Miller Badrum launched its B2C e-commerce platform, aiming to strengthen its digital presence and increase overall sales. Consumers' paths to purchase look different, and Miller Badrum needed a solution that could meet varying needs while making the entire product range easily accessible. The goal was to create a website that serves as an obvious tool for customers to find the necessary information and inspiration regarding Miller Badrum's assortment.
It was also important for Miller Badrum to:
- Be able to manage and update the website with the help of a flexible CMS.
- Offer a clear and inspiring buying journey that guides customers to purchase.
- Customize the website for different markets, with support for different languages and currencies such as SEK and GBP.
Another central part of the solution was the ability for consumers to purchase spare parts and discontinued products through their Outlet – a very important component in Miller Badrum's sustainability efforts, both from an economic and environmental perspective.
About Miller Badrum
Miller Badrum has a history that spans five generations, all the way back to 1903 when brothers Justus and Fritz Miller began casting furniture fittings in Bankeryd. Over time, the company has evolved from manufacturing fittings to specializing in bathroom furniture and accessories, with quality as its guiding star.
Today, Miller Badrum produces custom-designed collections for both Scandinavia and England, and each piece of furniture is assembled by hand in Bankeryd to ensure the highest quality. The family's pride in craftsmanship and design continues in the same premises where it all began over a century ago.
What made us choose Toxic was their way of presenting a visual proposal based on our wishes. Toxic possesses a broad competence and works together with the client as a team. The path to the launch of the website was of course not straightforward, but we are grateful for how Toxic met us in challenges and took us all the way to the finish line. Today we are proud of our new beautiful website that guides both our retailers and our consumers to purchase.
Our solution
Toxic's mission was to create a modern e-commerce platform with Litium CMS, PIM, and Commerce, where Miller Badrum can easily present and sell their products while inspiring their customers. With Litium's PIM, they can now structure product information dynamically and create customized package items for different product series. Customers can configure their bathroom furniture themselves with various options for materials, colors, and accessories, creating a user-friendly and intuitive shopping journey.
To improve clarity and overview of the products, we at Toxic have implemented filtering features that make it easy for customers to find products based on size, color, and series, among other criteria. The platform also offers payment options like Klarna to further simplify the customer experience.
It has been an honor to be a part of Miller Badrum's journey. Their unique range and knowledge of both their products and their industry are truly impressive. Our entire team has been fully committed to delivering the very best for Miller. Now we look forward to seeing the effects of our solution and continuing to follow their journey forward.
Upselling and store location
To promote upselling, Toxic built features where customers can easily purchase matching knobs, mirrors, and other accessories to refresh the bathroom without having to replace the entire furniture set. A "find store" feature with Google Maps and filters to locate retailers makes it easy to find nearby stores.
A source of inspiration
The platform has also become a source of inspiration with reports, product news, and environmental images that help customers in planning their bathroom projects. Through this combination of features and content, it becomes easy for visitors to find the right solutions early on at Miller Badrum and receive guidance on style, color, and material choices.
