Bevent Rasch
An e-commerce platform with increased service level and accessibility was on Bevent Rasch's wish list, and that is also what their new e-commerce, built by Toxic, achieved. With web, e-commerce, and PIM on the same platform – Litium – the customer experience improved while the administrative and manual tasks were streamlined.
About Bevent Rasch
Bevent Rasch develops and sells ventilation systems and products that ensure ventilation in all aspects – from development to installation and good indoor environment. They primarily work with manufacturing orders in various construction projects. The company started in Borås nearly 100 years ago and is part of the family-owned group Hydria Group.
The challenge
When Toxic came into contact with Bevent Rasch, they were using a web solution that lacked integration with their business system Garp, which meant that all products were managed manually in several places. It was also not possible to work dynamically with filters, tags, and similar. The customer simply felt limited.
Bevent Rasch wanted a seamless product flow and working method, as well as a new site that focused on the customer. The goal was that, with the new digital solution, they would guide their target groups in an even better way than their competitors and at the same time improve and streamline the administrative management and experience.
The solution
Toxic built a new comprehensive solution in Litium, where web, e-commerce, and PIM were integrated into the same platform – which made the entire sales process web-based and more efficient. Through this, Bevent Rasch's customers have the opportunity to see all product information, their price, historical orders, create quotes, and place orders anytime, anywhere. The level of service increases and the customer has a single place to work with all parts of a project. With the new solution for web and e-commerce, Toxic has provided Bevent Rasch's customers with a clear path for quotes, order placement, and follow-up.
The result
The new digital solution was launched in 2021 on the then latest Litium technology. Toxic used Litium in a completely new way related to quote and project management, with a strong emphasis on the logged-in state. As a B2B customer, one can log in to their personal account and see their price, as well as create quote requests, orders, and projects. Bevent's salespeople can also log in as their customer and create quotes/orders for the customer. Customers, price lists, discount agreements, and basic item data are retrieved via API to Litium.
In the shopping cart, their customers can either create orders directly or request a quote. In the shopping cart, one can also add items through a quick order search. One can also specify specific information for each order line, such as designation and delivery date. This is to facilitate delivery, logistics, and production.
During 2023, Toxic has also built a new integration with Bevent Rasch's new business system Monitor. The solution will essentially work the same, except that we will in the future do direct lookups on prices, specifically per customer, instead of an import of the data.
