Gnosjö Automatsvarvning has initiated a digitalization project with us at Toxic to develop System ONE – a platform that will streamline internal processes and complement the company's existing systems to meet future needs. As the first step, a presence module is now operational, which improves safety and efficiency in the business. In this case, we focus on how this subproject within System ONE has helped Gnosjö Automatsvarvning to digitalize its attendance management.
The customer's challenge
Before the collaboration with Toxic, Gnosjö Automatsvarvning managed attendance tracking manually with a whiteboard where employees moved magnets with their names to clock in and out. This manual system posed safety risks and made it difficult to get a clear overview of the staff, especially in an emergency situation. Additionally, it required time-consuming manual handling of absences and other administrative tasks. Gnosjö Automatsvarvning needed a digital solution to increase safety, make information more accessible, and streamline these processes.

Since 1974, Gnosjö Automatsvarvning has developed into a reliable partner in machining and turning, with customers all over the world. The company specializes in creating complex components with outstanding precision, meeting the high demands of the automotive and engineering industries, industrial controls, fasteners, and interior design. In addition to its expertise in manufacturing processes, they also offer cleaning of components and cleanliness analyses.
Our solution
As part of System ONE, we at Toxic have developed a digital presence module that allows Gnosjö Automatsvarvning to monitor attendance in real-time via screens in strategic locations within the premises, which increases both safety and efficiency. The module also includes features such as a digital kitchen schedule and vehicle schedule, where employees can easily see the availability and status of the company's vehicles. Accessibility adaptations, such as color coding and icons, have been implemented by Toxic to ensure that all employees can easily use the system.
In addition to regular staff, the attendance module also includes external personnel, such as cleaning staff and technical support, which gives Gnosjö Automatsvarvning a quick overview of who is present in the premises. Furthermore, we at Toxic have created an administrative portal that allows managers to handle absences and leave directly from their computers, which is more efficient than using physical boards. The data is also secured and always available, even during power outages or other interruptions, providing safety and stability.
The attendance board and its functions developed together with Toxic are very advantageous, as it allows for a customization that precisely meets our needs in the business. The collaboration with Toxic has worked excellently, which is a crucial factor for us, as we value strong partnerships with both customers and suppliers.

By digitizing attendance management, the company can quickly get an overview of who is in the building, which is particularly valuable in emergencies. The new features for the kitchen schedule and car schedule have facilitated bookings and administration, and the accessibility adjustments allow all employees to use the system smoothly. We at Toxic were entrusted to help Kläppen Ski Resort at a strategically important stage, where their existing web platform needed to be reviewed for the future. Kläppen's previous website was built in Episerver, with a license that expires in 2026. This created a clear need to find a new solution that was both sustainable in the long term and cost-effective.

When we at Toxic were tasked with redesigning The Federation of Swedish Farmers' (LRF) current website, we began to clarify what challenges LRF saw with the existing website and where the focus should be for the new website.

Svensk Camping, formerly known as SCR, underwent a comprehensive rebranding. In connection with the launch of a new graphic identity, Toxic was tasked with developing a new website built on Umbraco Cloud. The result is a modern and informative digital platform that strengthens Svensk Camping's communication and creates better reach for both the industry and the organization's members.
Norrviken
When Norrviken wanted to strengthen its digital presence, Toxic was entrusted to create a unified web platform, built in Umbraco, that elevates their entire operation – with the park and visitor experience at the center. The new solution makes it easier to inspire, inform, and guide visitors year-round. As part of the platform, Toxic has also developed an e-commerce solution in Umbraco Commerce, integrated with the business system HiCore via our integration engine EntityFlow.

Furhoffs Rostfria needed a modern B2B e-commerce platform that could handle complex product configurations and streamline order flows. Toxic developed a customized solution based on Litium with integration to the business system Monitor G5, which among other things solves automated management of prices, inventory levels, and customer-specific agreements. The result is a scalable e-commerce platform with improved UX, faster order processing, and search engine optimized product structure – tailored for industrial sales online.

SIA Glass
SIA Glass has long been at the forefront of creative marketing communication. One of the challenges was that the old website did not have the same look and feel as the rest of the marketing. The solution was that we at Toxic developed a cohesive concept for the brand in the form of a new website. As part of the collaboration, we have also worked together with SIA Glass to develop an SEO strategy to strengthen SIA Glass's digital presence and increase visibility on Google.
Wismo Automotive
Wismo Automotive is the general agent for Opel and needed to develop a digital solution that allows the management of 90 sites in the same solution. Toxic created a solution in Umbraco Cloud that both streamlines the work for editors and gives the dealers the flexibility to customize their own pages.
Dynocontrol
Dynocontrol faced the challenge of meeting the industry's demands for traceability and safety in handling explosives. Toxic was tasked with developing a modern and user-friendly mobile app that streamlines inventory management, logs blasting information, and complies with legal requirements. With the help of React Native, we created a solution that combines simplicity, security, and agility – tailored for use directly in the field.
