The IPO is not waiting. Is your website ready?
When the timeline is tight, the IR website needs to keep the same pace as the rest of the listing process. We help publicly traded companies and companies on their way to the stock market to get a secure and easily managed website in place for financial information, reports, and investor communication.

Cynca Nordic
Cynca Nordic is an industrial group with around 50 operations and 1,500 employees. Previously, parts of the publication of quarterly reports and press releases were handled manually, which meant unnecessary administration in a flow where correct and timely publication is important.
We built a new website in Umbraco with integration to Modular Finance. This way, financial information can be published automatically and the need for double work is reduced.
Logistri
Before its planned listing switch to Nasdaq Stockholm's main list, Logistri faced increased demands for transparency, reporting, and accessible investor information.
The existing website was largely hard-coded, making updates time-consuming. We built a new solution in Umbraco with integration to Modular Finance, where financial information can be retrieved automatically and presented in both Swedish and English.
The IR functionality does not need to be invented from scratch.
As the listing date approaches, there is rarely room to start from scratch. We have already built IR solutions where Umbraco is connected with Modular Finance to automate the publication of, among other things, financial information and press releases. This allows us to draw on experience and proven solutions instead of reinventing each part anew.
For you, this means a shorter startup time, fewer manual steps, and a solution that is built based on how a publicly listed company actually needs to operate. This is particularly valuable when the timeline is tight and the website needs to be ready at the same time as the rest of the organization is working towards the listing.
We have helped several publicly traded companies and companies on their way to listing to get their IR websites in place. This means that we are already familiar with many of the requirements, integrations, and time-sensitive situations that tend to arise. We can quickly understand what needs to be built, what is critical, and what needs to be prioritized to stay on schedule.

In our knowledge bank, we go through what an IR website needs to contain and what is important to consider regarding, among other things, financial information, reports, and investor communication.
