Analysis of existing channels

Working data-driven means that we base our decisions on data. Therefore, the work almost always starts with an audit – a current state analysis, where we review your existing data. Often, this means that we need to analyze several, if not all, of your digital marketing channels. We analyze data from your website, your advertising accounts, social media, and so on.

Sometimes we may also need to supplement with other data, such as customer data from business systems and CRM systems or with market and customer surveys. If there is no or too little first-hand data (own data), there is no problem. Then we can supplement with second-hand data, that is, data from third-party providers that helps us on the right path forward.
