Toxic continues to strengthen its position within Umbraco and has now been appointed as Umbraco Contributing Platinum Partner 2025 – an international award that highlights partners who actively contribute to developing and strengthening the entire Umbraco ecosystem.
The award is presented annually to a select number of Platinum and Gold partners worldwide who not only build solutions in Umbraco, but also actively engage in the platform’s open-source community. In 2025, a total of 63 partners globally received this recognition, with Toxic being one of the new organizations awarded.
Recognition of Long-Term Commitment
Becoming a Contributing Partner means that Umbraco recognizes partners who actively contribute to the platform’s development through knowledge sharing, technical initiatives, and community engagement. This can include sharing experiences and best practices, contributing to documentation and improvements, creating guides and content, or participating in initiatives that strengthen the community and support the platform’s continued evolution.
For Toxic, the award is a natural step in a long-term commitment to Umbraco. Over the years, we have built advanced solutions while also being an active part of the platform’s ecosystem.
– It’s incredibly rewarding to contribute to the fantastic Umbraco community - especially by organizing Sweden’s Umbraco festival, Umbracokalaset,” says Daniel Andersson, Solution Architect and Umbraco expert at Toxic Interactive Solutions.
Complementing Platinum Partner Status
Toxic was previously named the first Umbraco Platinum Partner in the Nordics — the highest partner level within Umbraco. While Platinum status reflects strong technical expertise, experience, and delivery capability, the Contributing Partner award highlights something more: an active contribution to the platform’s future.
Together, these recognitions show that Toxic not only works with Umbraco on a daily basis, but also helps shape how the platform evolves over time.
What Does This Mean for Our Clients?
For organizations choosing Umbraco, selecting the right partner is about more than technical implementation — it’s about long-term confidence. As a Contributing Partner, Toxic works closely with the platform’s development and community, providing insight into new opportunities, best practices, and future direction.
In practice, this means:
- solutions built according to current and future-proof best practices
- access to deep platform expertise and experience from numerous implementations
- a partner actively engaged in and contributing to Umbraco’s development
By combining Platinum Partner status with the Contributing Partner recognition, Toxic continues to strengthen its focus on delivering sustainable, scalable, and business-driven digital solutions in Umbraco.
