Nordeka is a newly established Swedish shoe brand with high ambitions and a clear vision: to change how we view feet, shoes, and natural movement. With strong advocacy from co-founder Isak Nyqvist, they have quickly made an impact. Now they are taking the next step together with us at Toxic.
"The collaboration is based on a revenue sharing model, where we share both risk and revenue. This means that our growth journey is completely intertwined with the customer's. Being part of shaping a brand with such a clear vision from the start is incredibly motivating. The model creates a common drive, where we invest our expertise and capacity towards the same goal and share both risk and reward."

Strategy for both purchase and brand
Our mission includes Google Ads to capture purchase-intent traffic as well as Paid Social (Meta Ads) focusing on testing and optimizing creative concepts. During the summer, we lay the groundwork through testing, and in the fall, a major push for scaling Paid Social awaits.
Nordeka has a clear ambition: to build a scalable advertising model that drives both short-term sales and long-term brand development. After just eight weeks, they reached their first million in revenue, and already in their first month on the market, they sold over half a million kronor in shoes – a testament to strong brand equity and a strategy with great potential.
“When we were to choose a long-term partner regarding Nordeka's growth, we were relatively picky as we had our fair share of underperforming marketing agencies. For us, it was a must that the chosen partner's cost is directly linked to their performance. Another model feels both unreasonable and outdated. Together with Toxic, we will now build a broad and truly long-term strategy – and the key word for Nordeka in all of this is ‘together.’”
– Isak Nyqvist, Co-Founder of Nordeka
Combining performance marketing with creative communication makes Nordeka an exciting project, allowing us to both strategize and create alongside a rapidly growing brand.
“Nordeka is a brand that dares to think differently – both in how they approach products and how they select partners. That makes the collaboration extra rewarding. We get to combine strategic insight with creative work while shaping the direction from day one.”
